Stack deflections computed by ReStackor verified through dyno tests

ReStackor calculations have been anchored to real dyno data for practical stack configurations used in real suspension systems. Testing at www.supercross-online.de has demonstrated the effect of stack taper, crossover shims, backing shims, stack clamp diameter and stack float on damping rates produced by real suspension systems. Comparison of the dyno data to ReStackor calculations are shown in Dyno Data section.

The shim stacks that have been verified through dyno tests are shown below. The graphical plots produced by ReStackor for these configurations allow you to easily visualize the influence of each shim in the stack and easily retune the stack to control crossover closure points and the stack stiffness to control damping rates over the entire range of wheel speeds.
